Lochgreen House Wedding Photography – Stephen and Lynda

Lochgreen House Wedding Photography – Stephan and Lynda got married in autumn at the beautiful Lochgreen House, which is gorgeous hotel in Troon. The ceremony was at a lovely little church nearby before we headed down to Troon to Lochgreen House for the reception.

They chose Lochgreen because it’s near the beach and they wanted some lovely portairts by the sea. I love shooting weddings at Lochgreen House because the grounds are so lovely and the photo ops are endless.

I started the day at Lynda’s parents house. The conservatory had been turned into the base for hair and make up. Just a prefect setting and lovely light for the prep shots.

The wedding itself was a church service near their local town not far from Glasgow. The reception was in the ballroom and they had a cocktail drinks reception in the afternoon, and Scottish ceilidh band in the evening.

Even though it was a “little breezy” we headed down to the harbour for some sea shots before arriving at the hotel for the drinks. The wind made even walking along the beach interesting!.

I loved all the little details on the tables from the loveheart sweeties to the double decker bars.
