A first for me……getting a boat to get to my wedding venue!  Stuart and Martine both live in Luxembourg but came back to Scotland for the wedding.  What a fabulous location they chose for it!  I met Martine at the jetty and she was smuggled into the captains wheelhouse on the Maid of the Forth which was our slightly unusual wedding transport.  Once safely hidden on the boat the rest of the guests could get on.  A 45 min trip to the abbey on yet another sunny day past the Forth Railway bridge and seals basking in the sun.

The ceremony was conducted in the old Abbey then we had 45 mins to get all the groups and couple shots before catching the boat back to the mainline for the reception at the Queensferry Hotel.  Another fab cake this week.  This time a traditional Luxembourgish Cake.
