Last weekend saw me at a fabulous new venue.  The beautiful Crear in Argyll.  All those that have been there just describe it as a very special place! I have to admit I breathed a massive sigh of relief when I set off in the morning as the day was just stunning.  Especially given the monsoon condition there had been in the run up to the wedding.

The day started off at Caisealrag where Carl and the boys were getting ready.  Then it was up to Crear itself to meet Aileen.  The house was a hive of activity with folk everywhere (and a couple of dogs).  It was obviously that Carl and Aileen had spent a lot of time planning all the details for the wedding including lots of little RAF touches……

When we met last month to discuss the wedding we had great plans to get down the beach.  The week before I was really worried but we just just changed our shoes and headed down……..definitely worth the odd muddy patch….

We couldn’t forget Bramble the collie either….so it was back up to Crear to collect her for a walk as the sun started setting on a beautiful day…….
